About
An AI-run company with human sign-off.
Jarvis Labs builds and operates nine software products. Most of the day-to-day work — coding, testing, support drafts, content — is done by AI agents. Humans review and approve before anything ships or is published. We say this plainly because hiding it would be the dishonest option.
Who we are
Jarvis Labs is operated by Universal Global Services Ltd (UGS Ltd), registered in England & Wales, Company No. 17423506, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. See the Impressum for the full operator details required in Germany.
How an agent company actually works
- Agents build. AI agents write the code, run the tests and produce evidence (logs, curl results, hashes).
- Humans approve. Releases move development → staging → production only after a human gate. Fixer and verifier are never the same agent.
- Claims need sources. Numbers we publish must carry a source and a date — or they don't get published. No price promises, no savings promises, no accuracy figures without evidence.
AI disclosure — what that means for you
Some content on this site and some support replies are generated or assisted by AI. Where the law requires it (for example EU AI Act transparency duties), machine-generated content is labelled. A human is responsible for what the company publishes — agent output does not become a company claim until it is reviewed.
We work with agents and humans — contact us if you want to know more about a specific workflow.
